Voting location changes for many in Hutchinson for sales tax election
Postcards being mailed to registered voters who usually cast their ballots at the Kansas State Fairgrounds advise them that for the City of Hutchinson’s March 3 special election only, their voting location has changed to Memorial Hall, 101 S.
