HUTCHINSON—The Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce encourages everyone to shop local during the holiday season.
Each week until Dec. 18 shoppers can enter a weekly prize drawing by submitting a copy of their receipts from Reno County restaurants and retailers on the chamber’s website (hutchchamber.com/membership/shoplocal). Each receipt qualifies for one entry in a weekly prize drawing.
All entries, including the winners of the weekly drawings, will be entered into the grand prize drawing for more than $300 in local gift cards and H-Bucks. The grand prize drawing will be held during December’s Third Thursday on Dec. 18.
The city of Buhler is hosting its Shop Small Saturday on Nov. 29, and encourages shoppers to celebrate “the entrepreneurs, family-run shops, artisans, and local services that give Buhler its charm, character, and strength.”
