A display at Strunk’s Antique Farm Power Exhibition on Saturday, Nov. 15, in rural Sedgwick County near Colwich shows how an antique hit-and-miss engine could power different machinery on a farm pre-World War II. The engine turns a flywheel that drives a belt that can provide power to a wide variety of machines, in this case a water pump. CREDIT ADAM STEWART | HUTCHINSON TRIBUNE STAFF
