Construction of the first homes in the 87-home Plum Creek subdivision has started on 40th Avenue and Ridgewood Drive in Hutchinson. Developer Jim Strawn is using multiple programs and incentives from the City of Hutchinson and Reno County to make the homes more affordable for buyers.
