Intersection by Woodie Seat project to be temporary 3-way stop
A diagram shows temporary changes to traffic control at the intersection of West Avenue A and South Adams Street. Avenue A west of the intersection is closed for the Woodie Seat Phase II project, and traffic lights will temporarily be taken offline and the intersection will be a three-way stop.
