The Hutchinson Tribune will host two “Meet the Press” events July 17 and 25 around Hutchinson.
The new owners of The Tribune will be at Salt City Brewery Company, located at 514 North Main St., July 17 from 4 – 7 p.m. There will be brief remarks from the owners at 5:30 p.m., and readers are welcome to come and go.
The owners will also be at Scuttlebutts, located at 1125 North Main St., July 25 from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. Readers who ask about how to be a Founder of The Hutchinson Tribune will get a free small coffee.
“I’m looking forward to seeing people and talking to them about the importance of local journalism to our community,” Publisher Jackson Swearer said.
