County may authorize eminent domain for Evergy-related road project
The Reno County Commission will consider authorizing the use of eminent domain during its Wednesday, July 29, meeting to acquire easements along 3 miles of McNew Road and Mills Avenue to widen the roads in preparation for construction of an Evergy power plant.
