Landmarks Commission offers support to museum

The west half of the Reno County Museum, located in the former Great American Life Insurance Company building, is listed on the state and National Register of Historic Places as part of the Downtown Core South Historic District. That means it could qualify for tax credits to offset part of the cost of renovations, Director of Community Development Matt Williams said at a Hutchinson Landmarks Commission meeting on Thursday, July 9.
