Reno County Area Transit (Rcat) buses sit at the Rcat Transfer Station on Tuesday morning, waiting to begin their 10 a.m. routes. The Reno County Public Transportation Department is proposing to reduce the standard price of Rcat bus fares following a federal decision to stop requiring half-price fares for demographic groups including seniors and people with disabilities.
