West Avenue A between Adams and Madison streets is open early afternoon Tuesday, Jan. 27, in Hutchinson. The stretch of Avenue A had been closed since Feb. 27, 2025, as the city reconfigured the north end of the Woodie Seat Freeway from an interchange and bridge over Avenue A to a roundabout.
