Members of Horizon Mental Health’s Assertive Community Treatment team conduct a daily meeting in their new space inside the Wiley Building to review and update individual cases they are working on. The group works with residents who suffer from persistent, long-term mental illness who are at risk of ending up hospitalized or incarcerated because of their behavior.
