Andale, KS—Katherine “Kathy” Briana Mies, 58, loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and homemaker, died Friday, October 31, 2025.
Rosary was at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, November 5, 2025; Funeral Mass was at 10:30 am, Thursday, November 6, 2025, both at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, St. Mark, Kansas.
Kathy graduated in 1985 from Garden City High School as an honor roll student and attended Garden City Community College. She was proud to be a homemaker, mother, grandmother and business partner to her husband. Kathy loved scrapbooking, quilting, and was active in St. Mark’s Church.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Greg Mies of Andale, KS; daughters, Bailie Foster, Teagan (Wade) Reynolds, Carmen Mies; sons, Josh Mies, Isaac Mies; grandson, Dean Gregory Reynolds; mother, Ruth Day; numerous cousins and friends.
