HUTCHINSON—Hutchinson Clinic today announced that Chief Executive Officer J. Kolbe Sheridan will step down from the role, effective Nov. 7, 2025, after three years of dedicated leadership. The decision comes as Sheridan has chosen to pursue a new professional opportunity.
“It has been an honor to serve as chief executive officer over the past three years,” Sheridan said in a news release. “The Hutchinson Clinic is one of the most remarkable organizations I have had the privilege of being part of in my career. I feel truly blessed to have worked alongside such a dedicated and talented team.”
At the request of the Board of Directors, Sheridan will remain engaged with the clinic in an advisory capacity following the transition, ensuring continuity and support during the change in leadership.
The board will start a formal search for the clinic’s next CEO immediately. In the interim, the existing leadership team will continue to guide the organization. Chief Operating Officer Brooke Stover, will oversee all clinic operations, while Chief Financial Officer Don Bevers will manage financials. Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations Jacqueline Barksdale and Vice President of Human Resources Carey Craig will continue to provide strategic support in their respective roles.
“The search for a new CEO will be conducted with great care to ensure a smooth transition and continued excellence in patient care,” said Dr. David Gleason, chair of the Board of Directors.
