Kansas Department of Transportation will overlay about 16 miles of U.S. Highway 50 in Reno County, starting Sept. 22.

The project will stretch from South Sego Road to the Stafford County line.

Flaggers and a pilot car will guide traffic through the project. KDOT said drivers should expect delays of up to 15 minutes.

The project will cost $3.8 million, and it is expected to be completed by the end of November.
