Planning board recommends vacating part of alley behind Landmark building
Hutchinson Planning Commission recommended vacating part of this alley behind the Landmark building at its meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2025. The vacated space would be used to store trash bins and have a sidewalk. Owner Laura Meyer-Dick said the sidewalk would go to the entrance of a "speakeasy."
