Sam Barber with Avery Anna will perform at the Nex-Tech Grandstand Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at the Kansas State Fair.
The Fair announced the performance Monday, with Barber and Anna marking the Fair’s fourth announced event at the Grandstand.
Barber is 21 and has risen to fame as a singer-songwriter, going platinum in his single “Straight and Narrow,” and releasing his debut album, “Restless Mind,” in Nov. 2024. Anna is also a singer-songwriter and released a debut album in 2024. Anna went platinum in her single “Narcissist.”
“Barber has captivated audiences across the country with a mix of acoustic simplicity and soaring melodies,” the Fair’s official press release said.
Tickets to the event go on sale Friday, March 28 and can be purchased here.
The fair will also host comedian Jeff Dunham on Sept. 6, Christian musicians Josiah Queen with Ben Fuller on Sept. 10 and musician Ludacris on Sept. 12.
